Conference Directors
Jess McNicholas
Student Director, Jess McNicholas, and her husband, Kaden McNicholas are no strangers to Christian Life Austin. Jess started serving in Student Ministry in 2015, and was hired on staff as Next Generation Ministries assistant in 2019. She and Kaden married in April of 2021, and took over Christian Life Students October of that year.
Kaden has been a life long member of Christian Life Austin, and grew up in the Kids, Student, and Young Adult Ministries. They both have a passion to serve the next generation alongside their team and staff. They have worked to build a community of students who will Rise Up for Christ and have a vision to see revival in Generation Z.
Their heartbeat is to equip, empower, and raise up students who would be bold and confident in who God called them to be. Rise Conference 2022 is the first step of watching this heartbeat give life. We are so excited to see what God has in store!
